Refund Policy

1. Free trial first

We offer a 14-day free trial of FlowLadder XP with no payment card required, so you can fully evaluate the software before you pay. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure it meets your needs.

If the trial has expired and you still want more time to decide, email us at support@oflptrader.com and we will consider extending it. We would rather you tried the software properly than bought it on a guess.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy and are not happy, email us at support@oflptrader.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it.

This applies to every payment, including renewals — not just your first one. When we refund a payment, the licence for that period ends and the software will stop opening.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

FlowLadder XP is a subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

To cancel, either cancel the recurring payment from your own PayPal account, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next payment — it does not, by itself, refund the period you have already paid for. If you are within 14 days of that payment, the guarantee in §2 applies and we will refund it; outside that window you are still welcome to ask.

4. Other refunds

  • If the software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we will consider a refund in good faith, whatever the date.
  • If you are a UK/EU consumer, your statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are not affected by this policy. We do not ask you to waive them in order to download the software.
  • We are the seller of record. Refunds, where granted, are issued by us to the PayPal account used for the original payment, normally within five business days of approval.

5. How to request

To request a refund or cancel, email support@oflptrader.com with your order details, and we'll respond promptly.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here.
