1. Who we are
This website and the software product Flow Ladder XP are operated by OFLP, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom, of 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@oflptrader.com.
2. These terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Flow Ladder XP and any related OFLP products or services. By purchasing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
3. The product
Flow Ladder XP is a depth-of-market ("DOM") software add-on for the NinjaTrader 8 trading platform. It runs as its own window within NinjaTrader 8. It is a trading tool that displays market data and assists with order entry and trade management. It is not trading advice, a trading signal service, or a financial product, and it does not guarantee any trading outcome.
4. Licence
When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Flow Ladder XP on your own machine(s), up to the device limit associated with your licence, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the software's licensing or activation mechanisms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Subscriptions, billing and payment
Flow Ladder XP is sold on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). We are the seller of record for your purchase. Payments are taken through PayPal, which processes the transaction on our behalf; PayPal's own terms and privacy policy apply to their handling of your payment details. We do not see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. Prices are shown in US dollars at the point of purchase. If your PayPal account is denominated in another currency, PayPal will apply its own conversion rate, which is outside our control. Prices are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply; where we are required to charge tax, this will be shown before you pay.
6. Free trial
We may offer a free trial (currently 14 days). No payment card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, access to the software will end unless you take out a paid subscription. Trials are for evaluation and are limited to one per customer and one per machine.
We would rather you tried the software than took a chance on it. If the trial has expired and you still want more time to evaluate, email us at support@oflptrader.com and we will consider extending it. If you do buy and change your mind, the guarantee in §7 applies.
7. Cancellation and refunds
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Flow Ladder XP, email us at support@oflptrader.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to every payment, including renewals. On refund, your licence ends and the software will stop opening.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by cancelling the recurring payment from your PayPal account, or by emailing us and asking us to cancel it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Outside the 14-day guarantee, we do not automatically refund the remainder of a paid period on cancellation, though you are welcome to ask.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable. We do not ask you to waive your statutory cancellation right in order to download the software.
8. Updates and changes to the software
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Flow Ladder XP over time. We aim to keep the software compatible with supported versions of NinjaTrader 8, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every platform version, broker, or data feed.
9. Trading risk disclaimer
Trading futures, and trading generally, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Flow Ladder XP is a tool only; you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Availability
We provide the software "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of latency, and it depends on third-party platforms, data feeds, and your own hardware and connection.
12. Licence activation and machine binding
Flow Ladder XP requires activation. Your licence is bound to the email address you give us and to a machine identifier derived from the computer you activate on. Both must match for the software to open. If you change computers, contact us and we will move your licence within the device limit for your subscription.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "last updated" date.
