1. Who we are
This website and the software product FlowLadder XP are operated by Shohir Uddin, trading as OFLP, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom, of Office 10140, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@oflptrader.com.
2. These terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of FlowLadder XP and any related OFLP products or services. By purchasing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
3. The product
FlowLadder XP is a software add-on ("SuperDOM addon") for the NinjaTrader 8 trading platform. It is a trading tool that displays market data and assists with order entry and trade management. It is not trading advice, a trading signal service, or a financial product, and it does not guarantee any trading outcome.
4. Licence
When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use FlowLadder XP on your own machine(s), up to the device limit associated with your licence, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the software's licensing or activation mechanisms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Subscriptions, billing and payment
FlowLadder XP is sold on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may be charged in a currency converted by Paddle; applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
6. Free trial
We may offer a free trial (currently 14 days). At the end of the trial, access to the software will end unless you take out a paid subscription. Trials are for evaluation and may be limited to one per customer.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of your current paid period. Our refund policy is set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.
8. Updates and changes to the software
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of FlowLadder XP over time. We aim to keep the software compatible with supported versions of NinjaTrader 8, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every platform version, broker, or data feed.
9. Trading risk disclaimer
Trading futures, and trading generally, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. FlowLadder XP is a tool only; you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Availability
We provide the software "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of latency, and it depends on third-party platforms, data feeds, and your own hardware and connection.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "last updated" date.
