Refund Policy

1. Free trial first

We offer a 14-day free trial of FlowLadder XP with no payment card required, so you can fully evaluate the software before you pay. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure it meets your needs.

2. Subscriptions

FlowLadder XP is a subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling is done through your account or by contacting us.

3. Refunds

Because a free trial is available before purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already started, except where required by law. However:

• If you are a UK/EU consumer, your statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are not affected by this policy.
• If the software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we will consider a refund in good faith.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, where granted, are issued through Paddle.

4. How to request

To request a refund or cancel, email support@oflptrader.com with your order details, and we'll respond promptly.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here.
